Coming Out With A Splash

I love horses and had seem pictures of a wave of horses and horses in Europe splashing in the ocean. I decided to put a horse splashing out in a wave over the rocks. I used Breyer horses models as an inspiration to draw the horse and then found photos of rocks and splashing waves from our trip to Africa in 2019 and put them together. The looseness of the water made it a fun painting to do.
