Portraits are my passion. Something about the face draws me in like a magnet. Lately I have been improving my craft by trying to capture a portrait with a time limit. That helps me avoid overworking. I love the freshness of keeping it loose and expressive. Working on my favorite paper, LaCarte, is always a joy, something about that surface unleashes my art spirit!
