Jacket Required

I used pastel on black UArt 400 paper. The subject is my denim jacket that I've had for years and, when I'm not wearing it, finds its home on the back of my dining room chair. The light from the window was so powerful so I took a variety of photos at every angle until the one that told the story was selected. I also enjoyed playing with the blue/orange complements. I exaggerated the light even more in my painting.
